I would say the middle of Australia, if you can find a good supply of water. There are no floods, only rare storms, no bushfires (nothing to burn), it is in the middle of a tectonic plate, so there are no earthquakes or volcanoes, Australia is politically stable, and as it is in the middle of a desert, you are far away from the world's most dangerous predator and your biggest threat- other people...
The safest place on earth to be during the most turbulent times will be a well built sailboat. With a good satellite connection, onboard desalinization and all the right equipment, you can move freely about the world. Good planning will allow you to stay ahead of storms, away from pirates, angry religious people and greedy politicians! Your biggest supply concern will be having the right supplements. And your least concern pandemic outbreaks. Just my opinion, Honest Arizona
On the Shield (places that dont have any sedimentation or debris and they've been still as from Precambrrian period). In these places we dont have any active volcanic or any active fault.
Consequently, this sort of places dont have any crucial activity that may make some disaster.
