I believe I understand what you are asking. You are wondering if in some way that we as humans or some other species in the universe may have been responsible for the big bang. That when that species did exist they realized that in order for continual expansion of the universe to stop they would have to play an active role. That they had the intelligence to do just that and initiated a universal "big crunch" scenario which did in fact end all life in that time period of the universe but was formulate to initiate another "big bang" which is where a few billion years later we come along in our little galaxy? With who knows how many times this scenario this may have repeated?
