Might the Universe be pump primed by either nature or intelligence?

We know when and where the big bang took place  (roughly) so could at some point in the future we realise that we must use CERN and beyond type technology/ findings to channel matter (once or perpetually) to that time and place in order to pump prime the universe and secure our existence? Or could that be happening naturally?

Your question doesn't appear to make sense. Can you rephrase it so it is comprehensible, please? Thank you.

your right it doesn't really in a "daft lad" way I have always wondered why we should automatically assume that we are defiantly not responsible in some way for the universe coming into existence. We are a  bright species and although relatively young in our culture and civilisation etc we are really getting involved in some pretty fundamental science and I wonder if we might realise at some point in the future that we have to do something proactive simply to exist and to have existed to date. In some kind of paradox should we be thanking folk who have not yet lived for our existence?. As far as I can tell we simply need to ensure that  everything meets at the same point in time and space.

I believe I understand what you are asking. You are wondering if in some way that we as humans or some other species in the universe may have been responsible for the big bang. That when that species did exist they realized that in order for continual expansion of the universe to stop they would have to play an active role. That they had the intelligence to do just that and initiated a universal "big crunch" scenario which did in fact end all life in that time period of the universe but was formulate to initiate another "big bang" which is where a few billion years later we come along in our little galaxy? With who knows how many times this scenario this may have repeated?
