Reply	natalielewendon says: Yes - I know a few people who sleep with their eyes open. My housemate sleeps with his eyes open and I'm told that his pupils are visible, although they are unreactive to light or movement.  (no votes) Tags: sleep.

Reply	JonnoB says: Whether we should is a different matter. I can though say without a shadow of a doubt that it is possible to sleep with ones eyes open. During my army career I was well know for doing this, much to the amusement of my colleagues. On one particular guard duty I was also standing up asleep!  (no votes) Tags: sleep.
