Reply	0urob0ross_ says: Gravity pulls everything towards the centre of gravity.  This means that any peaks or other non-uniform shapes are pulled down towards the centre. Another, more technical, way of saying the same thing is to say that a round shape is the lowest energy-potential configuration.  (no votes) Tags: Planets, Round, Shape.
