That is the most inspired question I've ever heard. What an imagination!
It requires a major factory re-tooling to make a left-handed piano. You need a new mould to cast the mirror image of the iron frame, because you can't simply turn a right-handed piano's iron frame around and reverse the order of the hammers. There are too many reinforcing steel spars which get in the way.
It would be a wonderful thing to have though. Then again, perhaps it would separate the left-handers so much from the right-handers of the musical world, that harmony among them would be lost forever.
