Light and heavy objects fall at the same speed in a vacuum. If you attached a golfball to a feather with a piece of thread and dropped it, the ball would hit the ground first. Do it in a vacuum and (assuming the feather is hanging below the ball to begin with) the feather will reach the ground first.
