This is an example of where you should have thought a bit longer before asking the question. Ask yourself what the planet would look like if we took away all the water.

 

Then ask yourself what would happen if you put back, say 1% of the water, then another 1%, and so on till all the water was back.

 

Then what if you added another 100% to double the amount of water, and then three times as much water and so on.

Then ask yourself  whether one could get such a planet. What would it be like for any person or animal or plant living on such a planet.

By the time you have done that you might have more interesting questions to discuss with us, interesting both to us and to you.
