When I burn fat off, where does it actually go?

Does it come out in sweat? Does it come out in the toilet bowl? Or is it just used up as extra energy?

Used up as extra energy. That's what body fat is for - a store of energy. Any "fat-burning" strategies that don't make your body use up energy are pure lies and marketing strategies.

It is broken down into carbon dioxide and water and in the process the stored energy is used to synthesize high energy molecules (like ATP). The water is lost in sweat, urine, feces and the carbon dioxide is exhaled.

it seems that most of the fat is exhaled via CO2, so breathing is important for loosing weight ;)
