Reply	mollie says: If I may rephrase the question that was asked, why is it when coke is mixed with a 'dark' spirit (such as rum or bourbon as opposed to vodka) The foam (or head) produced looks noticably different than coke by itself? I apologise, i can't quite describe it, nor do i have a photo but anyone who drinks bourbon would have seen this affect  (no votes) Tags: alcohol, coke, rum.
