Will a precise 200:1 scale model of a feather float gracefully to the ground in a similar manner to a normal feather?

Yes that caught me 1:76 scale is a common model train set scale. when the object is bigger I have heard this referred to this as over scale.

as we built this hydrodynamic model of the rector at 2:1 overscale - also I suspect that some well funded F1 teams could probably run over-scale car models in their wind tunnels Redbull for one as they took over twin woods.
