Why do meals become more spicy when frozen?

As an enthusiast you no doubt will impugn my mentioning Busch and Graham in the same breath, and undoubtedly Graham lacked Busch's narrative stamina, but they shared an outlook with a refreshingly low titre of human sympathy or reverence.
