I would say "forget it, it's not worth seeing", but it offends me that you are barred from seeing it. Have you tried using proxy servers? You can usually find a list of anonymous proxy servers if you search for them. Browsers have the option to add a proxy server. Sometimes they are slow, sometimes they stop working and you need to find another one. Luckily I live where I don't have to worry too much, so I've only used them to see if I can. Good luck.
