15 sq m to a depth of 8cm gives you a volume of 1.2 cubic metres, so you seem to have the correct volume of material.
Why do you need to know the mass (kg) of the soil if you have already measured the volume and ordered the correct amount?
I've just looked at compost on Google and it seems to be sold by the litre. 1.2 cubic metres is 1200 litres, if that helps. To calculate the mass (kg) one would need to know the density (i.e. kg per litre).
