A small amount (but measurable by climate scientists).

Given a standard golf ball of about 42 mm diameter means a volume of roughly 4 x 10^4 cubic mm

The surface area of the oceans is about 3.6 x 10^14 sq mm

Rise due to golf ball ~ 10^-10 mm. Sorry Pete, I doubt if even the most rabid climate-change person could detect a rise that is 1/1000 the diameter of a hydrogen atom.
