As its stated in another answer, within our spatial dimension light speed is not possible unless you are a particle with no mass (Photon) , due to that it would take an infinite power supply to gain this momentum, due to the closer to light speed the individual gets the more inertia, and the more mass is gained, it has been theorised that if you could move into a higher dimension out side of our visible four (height, width, length and time) this may be possible due to that the physical constants or laws can change, the higher you go, but as we don’t have this knowledge yet its out of human range, but it can be possible.
