The drum on a cement mixture truck always revolves anti-clockwise when moving .What forces cause this phenmenon ?

Because the mixing ribs inside the drum are spiraled so the anti-clockwise pushes the concrete inward.  When reversed, it pushes the concrete up and out of the drum.
