I see colours, particularly green differently in each eye, in my left eye it is far more vibrant than my right, why is this?

Why can't my friend see anything written in red or green on a whiteboard?

He is not colour blind and can see red laser point without a problem.

How do we know we see colours the same as others and what about other animals?

How do we know that I see red as you see red, or do we even know this at all? also how do we know the vision of other animals eg, if they see in coulour ect.

How do cats see water?

If cats are colourblind, as they are, and we only see the reflection of things in water, then how do cats see water?
