If epilepsy in one part of the brain can cause religeous experiences, are hallucinations caused by epilepsy of another part?

Scientists found that religeous experiences such as visions and 'feeling a presence' could be caused by epilepsy of a specific area of the brain.  If anti-epileptic drugs are used to treat hallucinations does it follow that they are caused by epilepsy of a different part of the brain?
