With on going inter-racial breading will all humans eventually be identical?

I assume this hasn't occurred yet because international travel has only recently become common.  Even if we do't all end up identical is it possible we will all be the same skinned, the same haired and the same built?

Why is homosexuality a factor in animals?

For a human or any other animal to be homosexual would mean that their genes would not get passed on.  Why is homosexuality still prevelent after millions of years of natural selection?

Are mutations more evident in certain cultures?

In certain cultures it is favorable to marry and raise a family with your 1st or 2nd cousin.  Does this practise make the family line unstable?
