would switching to a polyphasic style of sleep be healthy?

most doctors say you need a good 7-8 hours sleep a night (as an adult). but would someone miss out on the "rest and repair" which sleep brings by having a polyphasic sleep cycle?

What causes the perceived difference in tempo in the same song at different times?

There have been numerous occasions when I have consciously noted that a song sounds slower or faster than on a different occasion. When I try and keep pace with the rhythm in my head I find that I am still in time but my brain is telling me that both the tempo of the song and in my mind is different to a previous experience of the song. The difference is very small but noticeabe. Is it possible that my mind is perceiving time at a faster or slower pace?

If epilepsy in one part of the brain can cause religeous experiences, are hallucinations caused by epilepsy of another part?

Scientists found that religeous experiences such as visions and 'feeling a presence' could be caused by epilepsy of a specific area of the brain.  If anti-epileptic drugs are used to treat hallucinations does it follow that they are caused by epilepsy of a different part of the brain?
