Anterior elbow and tongue connection?

If I gently stroke the antecubital region of my right arm (anterior elbow), I receive a tingling sensation on the right side of my tongue. I am curious as to why and how this occurs. Note that this odd connection does not exist when practiced on the left side.

What is the sensation that travels up my spine and out of the top of my head? It feels like ecstacy.

When i listen to a piece of music i love or see something beautiful in nature i get what feels like a pleasant electrical surge sensation that travels up my spine into my head and it feels as if it's pouring out of the top of my head.It's absolute ecstasy. What is it?
