If I need regular exposure to sunlight to produce sufficient vitamin D, how much moonlight would I need instead?

I have always been told that I need between 5 to 30 mins exposure to sunlight twice a week to produce sufficient Vitamin D.

However, what about night-workers who rarely see daylight?

If moonlight is reflected sunlight is there any benefit from exposure to moonlight?

If so, then hypothetically how long would it take to produce enough Vitamin D?

Wrapped up.

I subscribe to several magazines that come in plastic wrappers. Some wrappers are recyclable, some are biodegradable, and some are neither. Is biodegradable more environmentally friendly than recyclable? Why can't they be both biodegradable and recyclable?

Rate constant

The adsorption rate constant of Pb(II) on acid activated clay (pH ~ 4) is less than the adsorption rate constant of Pb(II) on the raw clay (pH ~ 8). Why? Is there any relation between the surface acidity of the clay and rate constant? Surface area of acid activated clay is more than that of raw clay.

Why do sitting men raise the heal of a foot and jiggle their legs up and down?

While seated in a shopping centre cafeteria I noticed four men of different ages all jiggling their right legs up and down while eating or talking. I timed their 'jiggles' at approx 208 times a minute and this seemed similar for each?

Is blindfold reading possible through "Midbrain activation"?

Some of the children I know went to a 2-day course on "midbrain activation", after which they could read what's written on a card by touching the back of the card. One of them could even "watch" TV blindfolded. (http://www.midbrainactivation.org/). how is this possible? what inputs do they receive in their brain?
